Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Smoking is Allowed — Smoking permitted with windows open. Please use ashtrays and do not discard cigarette butts on the ground or in planters. No smoking in beds to avoid burns and stains.
Clean-Up Expectations Bag all trash and dispose of it in the front dumpster (all trash must be bagged). Any furniture moved must be returned to its original location.
Due to recent complaints of previous guests disturbing my neighbors, I insist that you keep noise & foot traffic to a minimum when checking in/out! Please DO NOT congregate by the front door!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
