Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located craftsman renovation just a stone's throw to Piedmont Park. Right in the heart of Midtown's vibrant Garden District. No expense was spared transforming this historic charmer into the modern city oasis it is today. Offering five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and three spacious living rooms. Enjoy the spacious deck overlooking the beautiful private backyard. There are 8 parking spaces including 2 in a covered garage.

The house has an open floor plan with skylights, allowing a lot of light to enter the house throughout the day. It offers three living rooms. The upstairs living room features a big tv, perfect for cozy movie nights at home. On the main floor there's an office, the master bed room with a bathroom with a huge rain shower and a spacious walk in closet.

The back yard is wonderful and offers an inviting porch, where you can enjoy the sun, listening to the birds chirping. The house is furnished with a combination of high end furniture paired with antiques.

The neighborhood is family oriented and quiet, and just a short 5 minute walk to the famous Piedmont park, "Atlanta's central park", with a weekly farmers market, concerts and events throughout the year.

We stayed here for a girls’ trip to Atlanta and absolutely loved this house! The home was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen quickly became the heart of our stay—spacious, modern, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It made cooking, snacking, and hanging out such a joy.Each bedroom was thoughtfully decorated and super comfortable, giving everyone their own little retreat at the end of the day. The entire place had a welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.Overall, this was the perfect spot for our getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting ATL!

The home was beautiful - even better than the photos! Super spacious, great design, and very clean. Host was extremely communicative and responsive when we had a small issue with the gate opening. Great location in midtown Atlanta with plenty of parking at the property. Would recommend staying here without hesitation!

Annual Leadership Meeting

Hosted a five member leadership team at the residence for three days of annual planning. The space was in excellent condition throughout and provided our team several areas to break-out for smaller meeting and engage socially. Beds/Baths are well appointed and very comfortable.
