Good stay but terrible shower pressure.

Hotel was good and clean. Staff was friendly. Good location. The shower was the absolute worst Ive ever used. There was zero water pressure, definitely wouldn't have been able to wash my hair. Bathroom was also dark and main light didn't work. All in all it was a good stay but they really need to fix that shower.

The outside looks a little sad. At first we thought , oh no... maybe we should have gone with Holiday Inn up the street or a nicer hotel in the area. But we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and renovated condition of the lobby and rooms.

Best Western Was Good

I ordered 2 beds, but when checking in, was told they didn't have any available. Because i booked through hotels.com, they said they didnt have to accomodate me. Way too much scented cleaning products used. It was difficult to breathe. No tv instructions or guide in room. The remote was generic snd not helpful. The shower didn't have a safety mat and was super slippery. There was an abandoned vehicle in the parkjng lot that had a flat tire, evidence it had been in an accident with license plates from Ohio. It should be reported to police and removed from property. Beautiful grounds and surrounding area for walking. Close to Truist Ball field. Free breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful.

Best pet friendly hotel

Our stay at best western was one of the best at any hotel in a long time. We brought our 2 dogs with us. Their friendliness and customer service was amazing. For being a pet friendly hotel, the rooms were very quiet from any other noise. There were other dogs, but we never heard them.

Great 1 night stop!

Great 1 night stop. Comfy beds, quiet and safe. There was a bit of a chemical smell in the room though. Also no freezer to refreeze our ice pack for our coolers.
