The bathroom had hair all over it. There was a problem with the internet and WiFi the first night. When I spoke to the front desk about it, they seemed annoyed and dismissive. Then on the second night at 3:30 am, the staff knocked on my door to ask about the problem if it had been resolved. The property is non smoking, but the hallways smelled like weed the whole weekend.

Please DO NOT BOOK this hotel! The hotel only had ONE working elevator (which was in the back) and I felt very unsafe. The internet NEVER worked, there was NO HOT water and the beds were very uncomfortable. It had a no smoking sign but you could smell smoke from all types of substances in the hallway. I booked this hotel based on the images, costs and the reviews. However I should have paid more attention to the reviews of those who stated not to stay here. I will NOT be returning to this hotel.

The rear entrance did not appear to lock securely, which raised concerns about guest safety since it seemed that anyone could enter the building. The mattress was not very comfortable and felt overly firm, as if the springs were very noticeable. The building also produced loud mechanical or structural noises throughout the night, possibly due to proximity to an electrical or utility room, which made it difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the room was clean and well maintained. The marketplace offered limited food options, so it would be beneficial to have a wider selection available. I did not have the opportunity to try the complimentary breakfast and cannot comment on its quality.

Outside has been updated in the last few years. Inside needs to be taken care of, as well. (Only one elevator working. Hallway carpet should be replaced.) Need to let people know when they check in, that the lobby is on 3rd floor (for breakfast). Next time I will skip biscuits & gravy and try waffles. There was very little gravy left when I came down - more like goop. Flavor was good, but could not eat. Eggs were good - not too dry. Good location for me. May return in future.

Stay away from room 421 unless u want to stay in a room that smells like mold/water damage & fish. They then moved us to room 420. The room had no hot water. & had no water pressure. Think trying to brush ur teeth & all your spit just stays in the sink because u have the water on full blast & it wont go down the drain unless u wipe it up. They definitely need to fix a few things in this hotel. Ooo yeah the back door of the hotel on 1st floor is broken. Soo you have no security soo any1 can come in & out any time of night.
