This is a beautifully renovated cottage where you can come home after a day of exploring Atlanta. Beautifully appointed, with all the amenities you would need. Please ask about our rental car if you need a vehicle.

Located minutes from supermarkets, the Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, the new Braves stadium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Midtown, West Midtown, Downtown and Buckhead. Also, easy access to I-20 and I-75/85.

I take your health and safety seriously. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every stay, creating a safe and comfortable retreat.
GUESTS CANNOT EXCEED 4 PEOPLE ON/IN PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME. Cameras are located on the outside of the house to ensure the above guidelines are not broken.

Cottage by the Line is named as such due to the proximity to one of Georgia's many railroad lines. The train schedule may result in the train passing by 5 times a day. Although the train cannot be seen, occupants may hear the horn and/or the train itself.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the tub. Leave the thermostat at 78 degrees, heat, fan auto.
Check for personal belongings that may have been left behind.
Sign out of personal accounts on apps (ie. Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No firearms are allowed on the premises. Please keep noise to a moderate level at all times. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Late check out available for a fee, must be pre-approved by host. It is any check out after 11:00am. Unapproved late check out is a $75/hr fee.
Do not damage/stain the towels provided. Do not use towels to remove makeup. Do not park on the lawn. No sitting, swinging or hanging on the railings.

Amazing hostess

The first place we were at had some issues through no fault of the hostess. We were there for 1 night and when we got up in the morning we had no heat or running water. The hostess, Katrina, personally called me and arranged for us to stay at another house which was very nice. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful.
