This is an older property and needs some updates for sure. Rooms are nonsmoking but smelled like smoke, shower was old and rusting on bottom. Rugs need some repairs and cleaning. It worked for the quick trip we had.

When we checked in we dealt with a very nice lady , we lived that it had an indoor pool and hot tub and a very cute patio area , they had a good variety of breakfast meals to choose from , restaurants nearby , when we checked out we also was greeted by a very nice woman as well , highly recommend this hotel

I was only there for one night, but from the moment I called for the shuttle and arrived, I was treated like a VIP! Mr. D absolutely deserves a shoutout—he was an outstanding shuttle host. Honestly, he should be teaching classes on excellent service. He was awesome , friendly and definitely deserves a raise! The front desk staff were just as wonderful. I didn’t catch her name, but the older blonde lady who checked me in was as sweet as can be. Check-out was a breeze, and the gentleman at the front desk that morning was very pleasant as well. Now, about the shuttle driver who took me to the airport in the early morning... let’s just say he wasn’t quite on the same level. Maybe it was just the early hour, but his service was a bit disappointing. That said, it didn’t ruin my stay at all. Overall, this is a great place, and I’ll definitely be staying again!

When we arrived on April 25th we were told no reservation for 26 to 28th. We had to contact hotel.com. The manager/supervisor on duty on the 25th was not very help ful and once the issue was corrected she indicated Im glad we were able to help, however she was not very helpful.

Everyone was so sweet here. We arrived late from a trip far away and they accommodated us. Very clean amidst a little bit of worn edges here and there but great facility with free parking near the airport.

Great stay would definitely come back. Our last night was kind of loud due to guests above us. Once I spoke with the front desk, he addressed it immediately and they calmed down so we could get a good night's rest.

It was ok for the price. The outside could use a few cosmetic changes. There’s rust on the front bottom part of the hotel. Our sheets weren’t the cleanest. Requested new linens with no problem. The staff was ok. They didn’t go above and beyond but we didn’t have any major problems. Breakfast was standard.
