The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Carpets in the rooms were not very clean and it is probably time to replace them. Loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Our biggest issue was getting the airport shuttle. When I called, got a weird message. I showed employee at the front desk when I finally got there. It still wouldn't work, but her cell phone did, so I'm not sure what the problem was. I had called the hotel the day before and # worked fine. However, we just waited at the appropriate shuttle place and eventually a shuttle came. Drivers were very accommodating.

The bathroom had hair on the toilet and in the shower and when I ask for more bathroom body wash I thought that she was gonna look and maybe clean it but I guess she couldn’t read my mind.

The room was slightly worn but very clean, with a pleasant bathroom and a comfortable bed -- exactly what I needed. Staff at check-in and check-out were kind and lovely. Bonus was the shuttle driver, Mr D, who did his job efficiently and with a great attitude.

Staff was wonderful. Property is old, smell, and not well maintained (clean). I’ve observed dirty floors in the elevator. Crusted dirt and debris in the hallways leading to the rooms. My rooms had dirty pillows cases and low water pressure in the shower. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I feel deceived by the reviews on hotels.com
