The only exception that I had was having drinks in the cocktail bar where there are no prices I need to find out and come back to $250 bill. Don’t give me wrong. I was paying for two of us, but I did not expect that and when I asked how much the drinks were, the person told me that around seven dollars each, so none of that makes sense. Then add a 20% tip on drinks only at $300 was extremely expensive

I didn't like being overcharged for water, (young man at front desk red hair,piercings). I most definitely didn't appreciate the dirty face clothes and towels in my bathroom. He told me to bring them down ?? Also the refrigerator was loud all night and as well, the semis going by all night shaking the whole room. I had no sleep 24hr. Also I got sick from the restaurant on site same day of check in. The young man at the front desk with the attitude for no reason, he needs some training. I can't believe they allow the staff to have such rude behavior. Also the staff was unresponsive to inquires from expidia. This has gone on a week. Also magement has fabricated a lie stating they sent an email to expidia , in which they don't have. This place is in a bad neighborhood with sketchy folks in and out. The young lady 6/9/2025 was notified about me being sick and the dried up blood on my sheets😳. The one young lady was very kind on 6/10/25 upon check out thank you ! This was a very bad experience at this hotel.I seriously think they keep certain folks on different ends of the hotel ..

The staff was friendly and super helpful. Tammy was awesome and took time to answer our questions. Breakfast was great, the staff refilled everything and kept area clean. My bathroom needed some extra cleaning and do not reuse toilet paper from previous occupent. That is my only complaint. We had a wonderful time in Atlanta and enjoyed our stay.

April at the front desk was so friendly and inviting. This location was the best hotel I have stayed at this entire year. They had hot bacon and scrambled egg breakfast each rising a 7 AM. They had a bar with karaoke. They had a workout center that was kept up. And they lastly had a pool that I enjoyed during my time. 10/10 and would recommend.

Pro- we arrived to the hotel about 9am and was allowed to check in early for an additional $30 early check in fee Con- We had to.change rooms at 4am due to bed bugs :( It is hard to leave such a review as this because the staff was VERY apologetic and accommodating. Well, majority of the staff was. We were told to come back before 11pm and a decison from management would be discussed by then as to being compensated for the interruption or not. My husband and I went on about our day and arrived back to the hotel about 930 pm. We managed to catch the previous attendant (whom we spoke to initially)in the lobby where heading home. Although she apologized for the incident taking place, we also felt offended and belittled by her comment that it wasnt a bed bug, it was in fact a lady bug. Lady WHAT???!! I immediately passed this on to my husband to hand. Lets say after his meeting with the GM the next morning and the need to show pictures and documentation of him being a pest control specialists for 12 years, we were respected a bit more. The manager was OVERLY accommodating and very apologetic which we appreciated. Overall the stay was nice, convenient, clean and quiet. And super kudos night attendant and to the onsite restaurant and the hours of operation. Open til 2am. There are so many nice amenties about this hotel. It's hard to just count them out, completely.

Room service is only every 3 days ( I stayed at the hotel for 12nights 13 days and ONLY had my room chean and sheets changed twice . They will give u clean towels regularly once asked! The breakfast is one day beacon or sausage scrambled eggs ,oat meal , different breads with butter or cream cheese and fruits are ( apple and banana ) EVERYDAY ……. Forgot to mention cereal for kids ! AND THIS I DESCRIBE WAS EVERY SINGLE DAY SMH! And be careful giving them access to your card for security deposit please ( they are extremely tricky people ) to add unnecessary claims and unauthorized withdraw from your card. When I get back to Trinidad I will be doing a social media post on the hotel my cousin is a very popular blogger cause I video taped the room when I left ( thank god I followed my kind ) they claim I stained their sheet with BLACK stuff . Very distasteful cause if so why not address it after I stayed there 12 nights ???
