I had an excellent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Airport West. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also really appreciated the staff accommodating a late check-out, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. The location is another big plus close to everything and very easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the Atlanta area.

The staff were extremely professional and incredibly helpful—they were constantly checking in, going out of their way to assist, and making sure every part of our experience was great. I was not a fan of this hotel. Another company charges $10 to park, the pool was not cleaned nor towels maintained, ice machine had not been cleaned or inspected since December of 2025 and it did not work. I was not impressed and if I could get a refund I would. The best part of the stay was the front desk attendant.

Misleading advertisement. Expedia states that this hotel offers free breakfast, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that this information is incorrect. They said the listing on Expedia contains misinformation and that they are unable to change it.
