Shower took forever to heat up. My room phone was broken so I had to call front desk with my cell. The staff was kind but each time I went to them, I had to wait a couple of minutes for them to appear. No bell to call them either. It seems the staffs family just hangs out in the lobby as well. Expedia said hot tub nope not one! Said pool doesnt say seasonal! Pool was closed. Said sleeps 5 adults wasnt had 2 beds for the 4. Never said 5th adult had to sleep in a office chair. Soooo Not the hotels fault but hotel didnt have rollaway bed eitherim disappointed in Expedia will not trust with our company trips again
