Terrible place and service… Arriving no AC in the lobby, lady started to look my name on the system and asked many questions like trying to find out the worst room for me and my family. Oncw we get into the hotel you notice how dirty it is, inside the room AC just keeps the room fresh; No hot water; Bathtub clog and during 3 days the only answer was: we will send an ENGINEER well that never happened; No towels, you need to go to the lobby and ask for towels; MOLD everywhere as you can see in the pictures. At the checkout moment was like: Room number? Ok cool… Once you walk in this hotel you see what kind of customer service you will receive… I contacted Expedia and the answer was like we can not make contact with the hotel, we will let you know. Be careful, don’t waste your money because no one is going to take care of you.

Staff is the saving grace for my stay especially the valet guys. Room didn't have a remote for TV. On my second night a saff member brought in a microwave and mini fridge. The fridge was beatup with dints all over it. Also there were women of the night working coming out of elevator half dressed telling there pimp that there are too many kids around.

TERRIBLE STAY!!

Terrible stay!! The parking is ridiculously overpriced priced. First just to walk in the lobby was hot 82 degrees even the workers were sweating. I got my room and my AC was cut as low it could go and my room wasn’t cooling off it was 80 degrees. The second day I asked for clean towels from the housekeeper and she said ok. When I returned from my outing around 7pm, still cooled down from having a bad AC unit and still NO CLEAN TOWELS!!! We was moved to another room only for a few hours before we left the hotel!! One last thing, the rooms need a total upgrade renovation, even the enamel on the toilet was peeling and looked very unclean.

Checking in the lobby was so so hot . The room smelt bad . Eyelashes was left on the bed from previous stay. Sheets was dirty. Tub was dirty . I will never stay here again

10 people waiting in line to check in and only one person working the front deck. Waited in line for almost 30 minutes to get checked in. To top it off when we got to our room and tried to connect to the wi/fi it would not connect.

Absolutely terrible $275 credit card hold $50 a day parking Smelled liked weed on every floor No towels when asked for towels they sailed we didn’t have any absolutely ghetto. Cleaned the room and left the dirty towels on the floor

Soooooo bad!!!!! I was looking for a nice place to stay for 2 nights. With my younger cousin for a concert Im not from Atlanta, I live in North Carolina that’s a 6 hr drive When I got to the hotel the front office empty, I didn’t know where to park. I called the number for customer service got hung up on. I called Expedia for help, They called front office, crowne plaza never picked up so how was I supposed to check in? If the lights were off and front office was empty We were forced to stay in my car the whole night

only 5 tv channels worked, Carpet did not look like it had been cleaned in weeks, light bulbs were burnt out, Phone did not work, AC was set at 69 degrees and the room never cooled below 71. No mini refrigerator available considering the price. Ice machines were on the 7th and 9th floors, but my key card would only allow me on floor 8.

My stay was cancelled whenever I arrived, I was given a cancellation number and said I could get a refund. However after almost a week, I was told that no one could be reached to process my refund from the hotel, and that my refund was denied.

My room(and MULTIPLE others) did not have AC. The front desk said they can not do anything about it . Also, there were multiple rooms missing a tv .. it is already extremely hot outside so my whole family was definitely upset that we could not sleep or even sit in the room comfortably . It was insane and I won't stay again.

The sheets on the bed had stains on them, the towels were dingy, multiple light bulbs were not working, the television was only receiving half of the channels, and there was a large piece of blackout curtain missing. These are just problems with the room itself. The staff service was poor, and not at all what I would expect from a Crowne Plaza hotel. This hotel was worth the price ($71/night) but that should be the regular price, not a special rate.
