National championship weekend and the place is an absolute dump. Rooms not ready so we had to hang out in the lobby. Freezing cold in there. Bartender wouldn’t allow us to run a tab so we kept having to cash out every drink. Bathroom in lobby was trashed. No tissue, no toilet paper, nothing to dry your hands with. Soap was out so they put a watered down soft soap bottle on the counter. Finally checked in and left. Came back 5 hours later. Lobby and lobby bathroom in same condition. Room itself smelled musty. Spent over $500/ night that weekend for a glorified motel 6. Pathetic!

Please please put better lights in the bathroom! Since the heat was off in the lobby and the snow storm we ate right in the hotel. How disappointed I was that I could not get hot tea or my husband coffee at the bar/cafe. No iron or extra blankets No soda in the snack area even Diet Coke (Home of the Coke cola ) I am thankful it was across the street from the hospital because that is where we needed to be.

When I arrived for check in I had to wait in line for almost an hour. Didn’t get a room key because they said they ran out of keys so I had to wait for security to take me up to my room and unlock my door every time I left my room. The heater and thermostat did not work. They did not dispatch maintenance for several hours. We couldnt get the front desk to answer our follow ups and called IHG corporate necessitating a room switch after 10pm. Additionally, the phone didnt work. The engineer thought the problem was with the line. We didnt want to change rooms again. The first room was incredibly drafty. The 2nd room was much better, but still drafty. I would stay elsewhere should i visit Atlanta again.

This property is equivalent to slum lords. I attempted to check in at 4pm and was told i had to be placed in a QUE and wait. I was called at 9:45pm to check in. I had to get dressed in my car for the concert that started at 7pm. The room was dirty! The hallways look like the projects. Paint is peeling off the walls, holes in the walls. The wall paper in the rooms were peeling. There was pubic hair in my bed and the bathtub was filthy. My neighbor said there was a dirty sock in her bed. I spoke with guest service's and was told that nothing could be done. No one cared!!!!!

Motel 6 I am sure has cleaner rooms/hotels than this. I paid over $1400 for 4 nights and woke to an infestation of ants crawling on me! Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, it reeked of marijuana, stained sheets, dirty towels in the bath from previous guest, trash bag over the fire alarm. No maid service in the week I was there. We had to get our towels from the front desk and take out our trash. Ridiculous!

Valet sent me for my own car - with no directions. Called me 5 hours after my arrival and attempted checkin. Scanned my CC and sent me on my way with no indication about room readiness. Understaffed. No organization. Poor communication. Lobby restroom was filthy. Dozens of guests visibly upset throughout the entire pm. Lobby was tense. I will never stay here again. Garbage.
