The first room I was given smelled of mold and I had to ask to be moved. The 2nd room I asked for extra towels. Someone came to my door at 10:30pm (7 hours later).

Piss poor

Only clean towels we received were at check in. We had to ask for clean towels everyday. Hotel did not give guests what we needed. The rooms were piss poor. No microwave no refrigerator and the room was piss poor overall .

I liked that the hotel has a safety feature with having to use your room key in order to get to the floor you’re staying on. I liked the convenience of having a lounge and restaurant on the premises. The downfall is no refrigerator or microwave in my room when it was plenty of space for the combo and my room had an ironing board but no iron. When I called front desk for an iron the staff brought me an iron that did not work.

I was not told ahead of time there would be a charge for the fridge in my room. We got into the room and there was a wet dirty towel hanging from the shower, the bathroom was dirty. We got a double queen instead of a king room which was harder for sleeping arrangements for my young daughter.

The Crowne Plaza isn’t what it used to be. It’s in desperate need of upgrades. The floor in my room was dirty. Debris under the bed and furniture. Shower needed scrubbed. I’m glad I only stayed 2 days. I won’t go back to this hotel.

Horrible from top to bottom. Waited 3 hours past check in for our rooms to be ready. Rooms were dirty at best. One member of our party had a stranger walk in to his room after it was mistakenly assigned twice. Horrific experience.

I have put DND sign in my room. But someone just came to my room and they left like a dusting cloth in my room. I have complained about that but no one cares. Im feeling not safe when i stayed there.

Room wasn’t clean. Found two, long strings of hair in my shower. Paid for a balcony, however the slide door not work, thus prohibiting balcony access. No plastic laundry bags.
