The hotel is in a convenient location, but overall a bit worn and unkempt. The A/C in the room was noisy and the bathroom not clean. The Expedia booking we made included a breakfast add-on, which vanished from the system. So no breakfast 😟

They broke into our room from the connecting room and stole my whole wallet ID money . We never left the property we were only there two hours went from the front desk to the pool and back to room and my stuff was gone and the connecting doors were open smdh

This place is far from friendly. The front desk woman with short hair is so unprofessional. Popping her gum while talking to you, has an attitude for absolutely no reason, was not accommodating at all either. I booked a double queen size bed and when we asked for more towels they said only 2 were allowed per room. How ridiculous !! Nobody explain the parking situation as well ($50 per day). I will never go back to this place.

Thee experience I had was very disappointing, Inside the bathroom the ceiling was leaking water, it was hard to get in touch with housekeeping and I had to continue to go downstairs to retrieve more towels, Asked for another blanket never received it..Than last but not least ice maker was broken on my floor so when contacting front desk I was asked to come downstairs again to get a key to go and get ice from another floor..Very disappointed with my stay so I checked out a day earlier..Very upset

Poor Service

I tried to call the operator and front desk several times. No one answered had to go downstairs. Leaky shower, AC Noise. I ironed my short and there was debris on iron ruined my shirt. I asked for an iron asap, waited an hour and no iron. I went down to the desk to make second request. Staff at front desk was very nice. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. I stayed two nights, I went to front desk to have my room cleaned, it didnt happen. Overall , there is a disconnect between front desk and operations.

No housekeeping everyday!! I stayed 6 nights and they NEVER cleaned my room even I requested 4 times to the front desk! At the second time they just made the beds, but didn't even took out the trash or put new plastic bag on bins. Not even talk about sweep or vacuum bathroom floor.

Only stay here as an absolute last resort. It is obvious that IHG does not care about this property, nor about its upkeep. The furniture is old, carpet is worn out and the amount of dings, scrapes and chipped paint were astonishing. Exceptionally disappointed.

The staff were great, but the hotel its self was horrible. No chair, trash can, frig, or microwave in the room. A blown light over the sink, the pool and balcony was closed. One of the elevators wouldn't go up. The power went off. It was not what i expected
