The hotel was beautiful, however all the patking fees, and breakfast fees was not explained on the website. Expedia is very misleading.

Apalling in this day and age to pay $120+ a night and not even have a freaking bottle of water in the room upon arrival. And a colleague who experienced the same said the employee was doing him a "massive solid" by giving him one small cheap bottle. Just disappointing, wont be staying with Crowne Plaza again in the future, which is a shame because 10 years ago these were quite nice and luxury.
