The worst management of all time. They have no communication skills at all. I asked for an early check in for days and then they responded at the last minute and said they do have one for a fee. I agreed to the fee but they never sent me the link required. They make you do outrageous identity checks. They have a stay for 6 people but as far as the sofa pull out bed goes, they don’t offer sheets or pillows so my friends had to book another hotel. When I told them I needed at least a place to store my luggage, they ignored me and come to find out they actually do have a storage room. They will not respond to any messages or emails 95% of the time

The room was clean, there are a lot of amenities for you to enjoy you stay there, it was quite and in a good part of the city. I had an issue with the video when checking in but i called the number they provided and everything was sorted out in 10 min….I will be staying again

I was here for an event at City Winery, which is five minutes away. It was easy and cheap to uber there and back. The property is nice. Just as shown in photos. It was perfect for my overnight stay. The directions to check in were provided to me timely and when I was confused about the parking situation, they responded to assist. I figured it out before they responded but it was good to know they were available. The only thing that I’d recommend is to put that you’ll need the apartment code for garage and elevators in the check in information. Otherwise wonderful and convenient stay! This will be my go-to spot in the future! Not the property fault at all but getting off the exit to get to this location was nothing short of horrendous in terms of traffic!!! Otherwise, highly recommend!!

It’s convenient when you have a family member in the Emory midtown hospital but let me say that when you call the number on the Dorsen website don’t count on too much assistance.

This is a completely contactless site as advertised. This wouldn't normally be an issue but there was a power interruption during the evening that unknown to us wiped out the door code and we were unable to reenter our unit after going out for breakfast. Remote staff were responsive but it took nearly an hour to get a local person on site to let us in so stay at this property at your own risk.

All good. Except there is no staff present. Wanted an extra blanket for the sofa bed provided but no one there to ask. The is no extra toilet paper or kitchen towels which we bought but if there is a way to communicate it would be good
