Layout was silly. Having 2 hotels with 2 lobbies in the same building under same ownership made no sense. House cleaning was sporadic, however gentleman greeting everyone at breakfast has the best outlook and made us smile every morning.

This is probably our third time staying at the element in the last two years. The hotel is always very clean and the staff always friendly. However, this time we couldn’t stream to the TV nor could we watch the Nextflix app already on the TV. We brought food to cook a late dinner, but this time there were no pots or pans to use. Lastly the bath room door was in need of WD40 to fix its creaking. Other than that, the element is still a wonderful hotel to stay at.
