Unfortunately, my stay here was less than subpar and I cannot in good faith reccommend this hotel. I booked a king room and upon arrival was only offered a queen size bed. After arriving to my room, I discovered the shower was not functional, and the towels were TERRIBLY stained. I called for more towels and had to wait almost 3 hours for new towels only for the new towels to also be stained and still damp. I spoke to a manager who agreed to bring new towels and the NEW towels were also stained and still damp. Not to mention, there not being any shower gel available in my room. Being familiar with the Embassy Suite brand, and this hotel being located in Buckhead, I had high expectations and was severely let down.

Everything was good except we were given a handicapped room which was not requested. The reservation were made a month or so in advance! But since we were only staying for one night we kept the room. The fridge wasn't clean out. The faucet on the kitchenette was broken!

I checked in with Erill , who first sent me to a room that was not even clean nor ready. then when I woke up the next day in my new room there were ants all over the table so I had to get my room switched Again. Then Erill failed to tell me at check in the day before that there will be no available water until 4 pm which was very inconvenient to me because i had a business meeting at 3pm . When I asked to speak with a manager he then placed the phone down, Which I then heard him say "This customer is calling to complain about ants and She's looking to be compensated " Which was an insult.. He had no Empathy for the situation that I was placed in within less than 24hrs of me checking in .. BUT!! I will say Angela and Sade was very understanding and apologetic they really tried to help me but unfortunately I reached my breaking point and checked out the next day from checking in
