When I arrived, my room did not have any towels at all. I asked for towels at the front desk and was told they would be delivered. I had 4 children and 2 adults. We went swimming immediately and when we returned from swimming we still had no towels. I called the front desk and housekeeping several times with no response. I had to go back to the front desk and ask again; to wait 15 minutes and receive 3 wash clothes. I explained that we didn’t have any and how many people we had and after another 10-15 minutes received only enough towels for 5 out of the 6 of us. The room was not as clean as I expected from a Hilton property. There were crumbs in the living room area and beer tops visible under the couch. The let out couch was thin and flimsy and we could feel the springs while sleeping. For the amount of money we spent ($350) for one night, I assumed we would have better accommodations. To top it all off the parking price is very pricey. There is no way to park at the front of the property to check in or take your bags to your room. It was very inconvenient. This is not the Hilton experience I remember. I was honest and voiced these concerns when checking out and the person working was very apologetic, took my information, but I am not confident that anyone will contact me.
