Booked the room online under "pet free" and was forced $50 for additional "cleaning services." I tried to call Expedia countless of times and could not get a hold of a live representative and was disconnected repeatedly. Will NEVER book anything at Expedia again.

the only thing I really didn't like is the sliding door for the bathroom, there is a significant gap that wont give full privacy in my opinion. room 322 I don't know if other rooms are like that.

Some of the staff are not interested in doing their jobs. My room was not clean. It was also missing an ironing board. The board they brought me was badly stained with heavy residue of some kind and had wetness from a poor attempt at cleaning the stains.

Things don’t work properly and no one cares. One person working check-in with a line of 15 people trying to get in. Makes it impossible to buy anything from the canteen. And no vending anywhere else. Staff doesn’t care. Lady working the bar was asked about the canteen. Apparently she couldn’t leave the bar. The hotel has really went downhill since I last stayed here. Won’t be here again.
