The room was spotless. The breakfast was good. Room service were very helpful, as were the front desk at check in and check out. Enjoyed the stay immensely and will return in the future

The toilet seat had hair on it and it had brown stains on it. When I told staff they asked if I wanted to change rooms and I asked could someone just clean it. She said she could give me cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I told her I wasn’t going to clean it I’d rather change rooms so I did.

Had the room booked for over a month. Did check in through the app and chose our room with other coworkers for a company event. Couldn’t check in until after 6:30 because room wasn’t clean. Had to move floors just to get a room at 6:40, which made us late for the even. Thermostat didn’t work . No tv remote. Side was broken and falling apart.
