Parking is limited to where when it’s full we have to come to the desk to get overflow parking next door on their 3d floor or higher. The issue is there available parking next door on 1st & 2nd floor but that not the issue. You see on my 2nd night stay I had to do this get validated to park next door so it for 24 hours The 3rd night your parking was full & im told to park next doo then when that time expires from yesterday to re apply to get overnight parking then have the front desk to reimburse me the next day. Or the night when I paid for the 3rd day of parking next door. You should have your overflow automatically be cover next door if having to park there. I do basically I was onto pay for additional parking to be reimbursed the follow night which would have been 12:15 am or see the front desk earliest as possible the morning this needs to be fixed. This was so inconvenient.!! Also I called to have my shower gel replenished on Tuesday Morning after I showered. To be told it would be taken care of. So when I arrived later that evening it WAS NOT replenished. So I had to call again so that in the morning I would have the shower gel. Which was then replenished around 30 minutes after I called that evening.

I dislike the parking situation at night where you have to park next-door. And you risk the possibility of a $90 fine from the city. I’ll give you an example. My parking ticket expired at 12:59 in the morning and the staff wanted me to set an alarm clock and come down so that they can re-stamp and validate my parking.

Room was perfect. The breakfast was the best we ever had in free breakfast! The desk clerk was not very good. He didn’t know a lot. Took us a long time. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 pm. Had to wait over a 1/2 hour. Tried to find out about shuttle but couldn’t help.
