I’d give 0 if that’s an option. We booked a room with 2 queen beds but were told they ran out of 2 queen beds room at the check in. The staff not only admitted that they oversell on purpose, but also gaslighted us on booking via 3rd party platforms. There is also a lack of communication between the hotel and the parking garage next to it, we were questioned for 3-5 min by the parking garage staff on whether we’ve made payment which we already did but to the hotel. Terrible experience, and would NOT recommend it to anyone!!!

We went to Atlanta for a concert at State Farm Arena. It was around a 12 minute walk from the hotel. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. No complaints at all. Great stay.

The property was nice and the room was clean. We had a great view of downtown. The staff was super friendly and cheerful. The building was undergoing renovations and it was a bit cluttered and only one elevator seemed to be working. I don’t recall seeing anything on Expedia saying the property was under construction and that would have been helpful to know but I would definitely stay here again. Great restaurants and coffee close by and the aquarium was as well.
