The room was clean (other than some random stuff on the floor) and the staff were friendly enough, but many things were broken. Our mini fridge was so full of frost that the door wouldn't close, and the fridge was putting out a lot of heat. Nothing in it would stay cold, and it was dripping. Maintenance came to look at it, but basically just said they would have to fix it after we left. The TV was also not working and maintenance couldn't fix that either. He did ask if we wanted to switch rooms, but at that point it was late on the night before we were checking out, so it wasn't worth it. Breakfast was great (good selection each day, hot, tasty), but on one of the days they started taking all the food away shortly after 9:30am when it was supposed to go until 10am, even though one of our party and several other guests were still trying to get breakfast. Pancake machine was broken on one day, and turned off early the next. The pool had a lot of bugs in it, and there were people smoking pot and not watching their young kids, so we left the pool quickly. 1st floor elevator button was almost impossible to press. The hotel was convenient to the places we were going, and the rooms were luckily quiet with plenty of outlets for charging phones, etc. Shower was good, and there was sufficient parking (but not covered). It was fine for a quick trip, but not really worth the price.

Room not clean. Fireball bottle in the floor. Bathroom door wouldn't lock. The TVs in the hotel do not work. Told front desk and she said they were having problems. Wasn't the worst hotel we have stayed at but nowhere near the best either. Just ok.

Comfy stay

The room that we are staying in is spacious with a separate living space that come with a sink, dining table, sofas and two small fridges. One of the chairs was caved in and the table was not very stable, but other than that, the furniture were nice and comfy. I personally do not like the pillows, but it seems to be standard in most hotels.

Came down for a family event and found this hotel in buckhead and I was very impressed I was surprised that it had free parking and breakfast and the incidental deposit was only 100.00 and that’s very rare in buckhead all the pictures I seen was exactly the same on the website not to mention the staff was very friendly was always greeted with a smile and a good morning so when I tell I would recommend this hotel I mean what I say and I will most definitely stay here again whenever I come back. Wish I could remember the staff names but just know ya’ll get a A+ in my book.

Right off interstate. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Parking close by. Just did’t like the bathroom door, it was sliding type and was not easy to open/ close. Breakfast was good/ typical type.
