Light, airy, and comfortably furnished, this upstairs unit has a private entrance, a plush King size bed, and a tidy little kitchen. You can feel secure knowing you have your own HVAC system, independent of the larger house. Enjoy being nestled in the tall trees on this 1 acre property, and walking to Decatur`s pubs, cafes, and restaurants in the evenings.

There is a parking spot reserved for you closest to the gate in front of the garage. A picture can be found in the check in instructions under `My Trips`

We live downstairs with our three children. We hope you`ll say hi if we cross paths.

Decatur is the historic `village` area of Atlanta, with some of the best restaurants and shops in the city. A short drive to Emory University, Agnes Scott College, not to mention Atlanta attractions like the MLK Jr. Centre, the Atlanta Zoo, Georgia Acquarium, and Ponce City Market, Decatur truly has it all. Visit the oldest cemetery in Atlanta and stop by markers from the 1700s, or take a leafy walk down to nationally celebrated restaurants like Kimball House, you won`t be disappointed with this village experience within the big city.

City centre Decatur is very walkable from the house. Marta is not far and Uber and Lyft are also very active in this area.
