Love this hotel! This is my wife and I hidden gem. 3:00pm Check-in most hotels are 4:00pm. Check-out at 12:00pm most hotels its 11:00am. Great place to getaway and relax!

The hotels hv been just fine. I stayed at Hyatt Place in alpharetta. The room was extremely spacious. There was a sitting area (sofa bed). The actual bathroom was small because the sink was in the open area of the room. 10/10 for the room. The breakfast on the second day was a little less than. The pancakes and hash browns needed a little more heat even though they were sitting in a skillet and pot that was constantly being warmed. A microwave could solve that issue. First time at Hyatt Place…….. I would visit again.

Won’t be back due to moldy bathroom and poor customer service at every single interaction with a hotel employee. I was assigned the handicap room for an unknown reason. The bathroom had major water damage on the walls that had obviously been there for months or longer. The wall paper in the bathroom was curling at the seams and bubbling in areas. The ceiling had water spots and large bubbles from the water damage. The smell was a horrible mold smell that made me not want to step foot in the bathroom at all. When I had to use it, I discovered that even the toilet paper was damp! I was disgusted. The description of this property said it had recently been renovated. When I reported the bathroom issues to the front desk, she claimed to not know anything about it, but there is no way this hasn’t been an issue for several months or years! I shared photos with them and asked for a discount, but was denied. The breakfast was really bad, no staff member said hello, smiled or even looked at me in a normal, friendly manner.

We stayed because there was horrible weather and i do not regret it. The staff was friendly and the rooms were pretty good. I did reserve 3 dbl bed with couch but ended up 1 of the rooms werre a king and couch we managed.
