I am happy to compliment the Front Desk staff, but very disappointed with the room - needs updating from the popcorn ceiling to new bedding (UGH!!) to bathrooms bigger than a closet to pest control to maintenance dressing professional and not showing up at your room in sweats while eating a snack and not even identifying himself as an employee. How this hotel is rated “exceptional” is mind boggling. Truly not at all what is shown. Disappointing .
