The waffles were really good, The rooms are huge. There were three of us. One put the office chair in the bathroom and slept there and the other put the reclining chair in the foyer area of the room and we have a queen who paid for it so she got the whole room to herself sounds strange but it really worked out. I have no complaints this is my go to emergency housing

Customer service was rude incompetant and not even willing to help resolve issue. After arriving n paying my reservation really rude n im a disabled veteran i was deeply disturbed how i was treated. She wasnt treating any other customers that way

If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, this does it. However, my boyfriend and I noticed the room was not particularly clean. We saw several hairs that did not belong to us in the bathroom, and the bath mat looked like it had a huge shoe print. Not all functions on the TV worked and the walls were very thin. We could hear other guests clearly at all hours of the evening. Lastly, breakfast was advertised as served from 6-10 and it was pulled shortly after 9. This hotel was not much cheaper than other, much nicer hotels in the area so for this price we were slightly disappointed.

I had to sleep in a funny room the cleaners never came mop the floors like the property manager asked them to do because he came in the room himself and smelled exactly what I was telling him it smelled like which was a sour funky smell.

Room and staff the house keepers and the supervisors were very unprofessional when I came to them about an issue more than once. And because I was angry because I came to a dirty room not once but they was suppose to clean it up and didn't instead they went in my belongings and made an even bigger mess. I tried to work with them but they were not properly cleaning the rooms they had an attitude bs sis I complained that the room was not clean when I first came in. So the next time they cleaned the room I caught them putting dirty stained sheets on my bed the same sheets they got off the floor that I removed from the bed. I recorded everything, then they proceeded to mop the floor with windex I have a video of the floors more sticky after they mopped the floor with an old swifter mop. The room had a musty smell from the beginning the eventually switched my room after it escalated with me going back and forth with the supervisor about how they are nasty and don't clean the rooms with proper cleaning equipment. The supervisor then brings her mother to basically tell Me I shouldn't be upset about what I've had to experience and then she goes to try and approach me like she wanted to fight. It was very unprofessional I tried to ask for the property manager they said he will not be back til Monday. So it's me against the workers because they tried to blame me for the room being nasty and stink when it was already funky when I first checked in. And it's also on camera when I had the
