The check in process was good, easy, and the pictures were super helpful. It was great to have a garage for parking on rainy days and the location was great for visiting the square. Unfortunately, there were issues. The rooms were not very clean, particularly the bathrooms, mildew on the shower walls and empty shampoo containers. There were fingernail clippings on the living room rug. There was clearly a plumbing issue recently because the carpet was not relaid and the baseboards were still missing in the closet/walkway to the bathroom. We started the dishwasher before bed one night and it was still “running” in the morning, but it didn’t do anything, except make a lot of noise, as dishes weren’t clean / wet and the soap pod was still sitting in the slot. This was especially unfortunate because we had to wash dishes a lot since there weren’t many dishes, and the ones there didn’t seem clean (and were VERY cheap plastic as well). The living room furniture was horribly uncomfortable, we brought pillows from the bedrooms to try to make them better, but it really didn’t help. All of these furnishings seem to have been purchased for the photos instead of comfort and utility for guests. Not the owner’s fault but there was fire system testing during our visit, and then a fire alarm malfunction that caused the alarm for the building to go off at 3:30am one night. Overall it made for an uncomfortable and not restful stay unfortunately.
