Welcome to Modern Lux! This in-town 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home boasts a minimalist decor aesthetic and luxurious modern finishes that will excite and delight. Add in its close proximity to popular Atlanta destinations and its spacious rooftop deck with picturesque treetop and downtown views of Atlanta and you’ll find yourself never wanting to leave.

1ST FLOOR
You’ll be greeted with a large open concept living space with comfortable seating for 12, an oversized 10ft island, a gourmet kitchen with appliances that would make a chef blush and a view of the outdoor patio and driveway.

2ND FLOOR
You're invited to explore 2 of the 3 bedrooms in the home along with the laundry room. The 1st of 2 master bedrooms sits on this floor and houses a King-sized bed with a memory-foam mattress and a spa-like bathroom with illuminating vanity mirrors. Though not as large as the master, the second bedroom is fit for a queen with similar amenities, like a memory-foam mattress, that ensure a night’s sleep that even sleeping beauty would be jealous of.

3RD FLOOR
The 3rd floor hosts the 2nd of the two master bedrooms and access to the breathtaking rooftop deck. Step out into the Atlanta sun while taking in views of the “City in the Forest”. Should the weather be cooler than you’d like, turn on the wall-mounted heater and make yourself comfortable.

OVERALL
Each room is equipped with a mini-split control so the temperature can be adjusted to each person’s liking. Each room is also equipped with a large 4K smart television with access to Netflix and YouTube TV for your viewing pleasure.

My friends and I landed the perfect property for our weekend of golf and fellowship in ATL. The property was well equipped with great technology, modern decor, and everything was really clean!! The home’s layout allowed for 3 bedrooms to have their own bathroom. The rooftop patio is another nice feature. We were all talking about securing this property the next time we connect!

We loved this place! Couldn't have asked for a better host!

The property was immaculate and is definitely a place of modern luxury. We loved the accent walls, the waterfall shower heads, the sound system, and the rooftop. It was a quick trip to do most things in the city, even with traffic, and the monitor that gave us recommendations for stuff to do in town was very thoughtful. Heating worked great once we re-read the instructions that the host left for us lol overall amazing stay that was only made better by our friendly, responsive host 😊 the neighborhood is up-and-coming, which we didn't know at first, but it was peaceful and quiet- we liked that too. We would stay again.

Great concert weekend for 6 adults

Great property and revitalization of the area. The house looks exactly like listed and was very clean. The roof deck was a great place to hang out on our concert weekend with two other couples. The house has more than enough space for 6 adults and includes the basics to carry you through your stay. The coffee station included an excellent variety and the individual bath amenities in each room were a nice touch. It took 10-12 minutes to reach the stadium and there is a brand new Publix close by for all your grocery needs.

The owner thought of everything a guest could ever want or need. The home is a smart house and is extremely comfortable. I can't wait to book it again. It's also close to everything in the city. I was a little concerned about the area but I actually have a close friend that has a house in the area and she assured me that we shouldn't have any worries, the owner assured me as well. There's also a alarm and security cameras all around the property. 10 out of 10 💯💜

Something slight for a few nights

I am not going to lie. This house was perfect for my little weekend trip, but it kind of threw me off because of how nice, well designed and how moderne the house was for in the area that it was in. . . The price was great. Didn’t have any issues. Definitely planning on staying here again if I make it back to Atlanta any time soon
