POOR MANAGEMENT BEEN HERE OVER 2WEEKS AND HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY ROOM CLEANED NO CLEAN SHEETS TOWELS RAGS PILLOW CASES TISSUE SOAP DOGS BARKING I'VE STEPPED IN DOG POOP TWICE HEAT PHONE NOR TELEVISION WORKING NEVER GOTTEN FIXED FOR SEVERAL DAYS MY DOOR WOULDN'T LOCK CLOSED MY DOOR AND THE LATCH LOCKED ME OUT MAINTENANCE FINALLY CAME BROKE IN AND NEVER FIXED THE LATCH BACK AND IM 50 AND CERTIFIED VETERAN AND DISABLED(DISABILITY) AND FOR OVER A WEEK NO ELEVATOR SO HAD TO WALK 3FLIGHTS UP AND DOWN AND MAKE THINGS SO HORRIBLE MY MOTHER FEEL GOING UP THE STAIRS TO VISIT ME AND I SAY IM STILL SO FURIOUS CAUSE IT CAUSED SEVERE PAIN TO HER LEGS HIP BODY FOR HER AGE

Good customer service but this is a horrible hotel. Smells like weed throughout the hotel even though it says no smoking. There’s trash and clothes in the hallways. The room smelled bad and was dingy. It’s a very run down hotel. People yelling and talking loud all night. People sitting in the stairwell because the elevator didn’t work. I would be recommend this hotel to anybody. I’m surprised it’s on Hotels.com. I left the next morning as soon as I could and went across the street to the Hooiday Inn Expreas.

Good location, friendly staff. Amenities aren’t good condition. No elevator working on a 5 story building , drawers broken and dirt clothes on it. Housekeeping needs better attention.

Ok it's a Motel 6, it isn't fancy, but after having a flight canceled, I appreciated that it was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the guy at the front desk was really nice. There's a place that would deliver food, and there's a Waffle House and a KFC close by. For an unexpected overnight layover, no complaints

Microwave was damge with rust, the room was half clean, & the guest was everywhere. Basically this is a hotel for dealers, & leople in hardships. Price was cool, so i gues we got what we where paying for.

The room did feel dejected. It was really Old and outdated. The carpets in the lobby weren't clean, and the floors in the room Didn't feel clean. The balcony doors were old, and I didn't feel safe. There was no breakfast included, and I paid more for this room than I did at Holiday Inn Express, which had a great breakfast. The staff at night was uninterested. The beds were ok, but had flat sheets instead of fitted, and there was NO hot water in the shower. I had to take a cold shower. All-in-all, a dump. The only good thing? The shuttle Driver was awesome.
