I had this hotel and another one nearby on my list because I only needed a room for a few hours before my next flight. I chose this property because of the photos which showed a clean room and a balcony. Upon arrival, the room looked NOTHING like the photos and the balcony is for decoration only. Smh. I had an assignment due in which I needed the TV, it took them over 3 hours for them to fix the TV in the room. The older lady and younger lady at the front desk possessed customer service, I can’t say the same for the manager on duty at the time. SMH. ATL we gotta do better. This is AWFUL & SHAMEFUL to have someone visit ATL and this property. It’s Soooo much going on at this property, I called my friend to come get me. I will NEVER book this hotel again and I wish I could remove it from my Search.

Horrible motel 6 horrible

It was horrible, the room was still dirty when I got it, the room wasn't ready when I got there 2 hours after my reservation..no continental breakfast was offered one elevator was working the pool wasn't accessible..the front desk clerks were all rude from the 7am shift the 3 pm shift especially the housekeeper wouldn't give out extra towels like it was coming out there checks or something there were people hanging out at all times of the days/nights it wasn't safe.
