Interior boast all oak flooring, antique medicine cabinet, antique stain glass windows and 1940’s metal kitchen cabinets. The exterior was finished with original reclaimed siding along with a rusted tin roof. It’s conveniently located one mile from interstate 20\75 connector. It’s within walking distance of several Grant Park restaurants, newly constructed Beacon on the beltline and 3 blocks from the Atlanta Zoo. We are close to downtown being about 3 miles from many of Atlanta's popular attractions such as Mercedes Benz Stadium, World of Coke, Centennial Olympic Park, Phillips Arena, Georgia State University and The Ponce City Market.
