Rooms were clean. The property was very busy and congested. You never have a parking space. This property charges a fee of 13.50 a day to park. Parties in other rooms every night. Noisy. Wont stay again. space id you came in late.

When visiting Atlanta ( Buckhead area) Residence Inn is my first choice. The location is near my family and walkable. Also nearby transportation when doing business in the area helps .I find the staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Service always with a kind words and smile.The rooms, lobby and inn grounds are always clean. Area surrounding each buildings are well lit which add to my feeling safe. The breakfast has limited prepared choices for vegetarian. You can always get coffee or refreshing water available in the lobby for late guests arrival which I appreciate. And yes I recommend Residence Inn to family and friends in Atlanta and at home.

3am wake up!

At 3 AM, I wake up to someone trying to get into my room. I looked through the peep hole and , it is a couple using a key card trying to open the door. I did not open the door at first as I was scared to death but as they started to walk away I did open the door and she immediately apologized and told me that she had a key for the room that I was in and showed it to me. At that point, I guess they went back to the front desk and I went back to bed. A few minutes later, the phone starts to ring and it's the front desk asking if I'm OK and apologizing for the mixup apparently, according to the clerk, there was a mixup in the computer with room numbers or something so I laid back down again and a few minutes later, the phone rings again and it's the same person apologizing and just asking if I'm OK! Needless to say, we didn't get very much sleep!
