I was expecting a better stay, unfortunately it was very party like music was blasting from the lobby and upstairs bar till 130 in the morning. Food was ok but ever overpriced. The rooms were not good, the bed only came with two pillows and we only had one towel. The bathroom door doesn’t shut. It was just not a good stay.

Poor service! The room smelled terrible! It took me almost an hour to speak to the front desk due to no towels in the room. Nobody brought them up to thr room! No wifi service for laptops. We left to go start our vacation to the aquarium. Came back and our room was not touched by any keepers! Agian had to call for more towels along with other stuff we needed for our room. Very poor hospitality!!! Would never recommend for anyone to stay!!

Nice downtown area, I would recommend for adults. They have a deck where you can grab a drink and a quick bite. very demure, I like and would visit again.

I didn’t have a great experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I checked in early but was told I had to wait a couple of hours. While waiting, I noticed there’s very poor signage directing guests to the check-in area—when you walk in, all you see is a bar and patio. Guests shouldn’t have to guess to walk all the way to the back. A welcome staff member at the entrance to greet and guide guests would go a long way. I ended up sitting in an unused room across from the bar, but no one told me that was even an option. When I finally checked in, my first room smelled of mold and wet carpet. Walking toward the window, my sock got completely soaked—looked like the AC unit was leaking. The bathroom mirror lights were also flickering. I called the front desk and was told to come down in person to speak to someone. They switched me to another room, but it was uncomfortably hot since the AC was off, and again, the bathroom mirror lights flickered—along with the lights under the bed. It made it hard to relax or sleep, but I was too tired to request another move. The next night, I went to the rooftop bar. Without warning, we were told to leave at 9:40 PM, well before closing, and the approach felt rude. Also, the smell of grease and food in the lobby (likely from the kitchen lacking an exhaust fan) wasn’t pleasant. Overall, the property needs better guest service training, improved communication, and attention to maintenance issues. Sadly, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

I had a less-than-ideal experience during my stay. Check-in took around 15 minutes, and the staff member assisting me came across as unfriendly, which set a disappointing tone. Self-valet parking was $40 per night, which felt quite high just for parking. The refrigerator in the room didn’t keep food cold, and the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Unfortunately, these factors made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
