Great breakfast options in the morning and restaurant option at night. You can walk to Truist park. Clean room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful! It is a tad noisy from the interstate traffic, but overall we had a great stay!

The hotel is beginning to wear down and smell old. There was a stench in the hallway and room that smelled like old rusty dirty water in old pipes. You could tell they tried to mask it but it didn’t work.

The property was beautiful, and the location perfect! Everything you need or want to do is in the area including the highway!! The only thing I would have loved to have was coffee available after breakfast hours. I'm not one to make coffee in the room.

Horrible smell in hallway

The hotel is very nice and very clean, however there was a horrible smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor at night. It was really bad. Kinda smelled like sewage. Breakfast was good just need to add a little more choices. All in all it is a nice hotel. Just don’t book on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed @ Renaissance Waverly Hotel & Convention Center & they didn't have or offer free breakfast. Which is close by, However, My stay @ Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, was AWESOME. Everything was GREAT & easy access to shopping, great dining with free breakfast was the best in comparison to other hotels I've stayed @ which didn't have or offer free breakfast. I will definitely again & recommend it to others.

Rooms are old, updates were made but didnt pay attention to small details... for the pricing you would think it would be different... Toilet low to the ground and caulking around the base old and dirty, shower makes a loud noise like a plumber is drilling the wall and water is low to drain. The floor I was on smelled like a plumbing issue. Will not stay here again. The door hinge was off as if they are in the middle of repairs. Will be reporting these issues at checkout!

Typically good this time awful

We stay at the Sheraton a lot and decided we wanted a sure thing to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. We didnt want any surprises. I think we got the worst room in the hotel. Exhaust fan was loud and no way to turn off! We shut both doors to toilet area and still heard it. The thermostat did work at all so room got so hot we couldnt sleep! Reported to front desk but they could care less! Will stay again but avoid room 1710. Can also hear rooftop noises from this room. Thanks for ruining our 40th Anniversary celebration...wont let me add photo or video
