I got over 900 dollars and pain medications. Front dest was not helpful at all. They went into we dont steal. Never ever had this happen. Instead of im sorry. How can i help. Ill give you room credit. We sorrÿ. Made me feel like i was wrong

Some of the staff were friendly and willing to help. But there is this one guy there at the front desk he is not friendly at all. All we try to make some jokes. He just pretend like he doesn’t hear us. He should be working around the back. We’re he doesn’t have to deal with any one.

The staff was great, the hotel was beautiful and service was wonderful. I loved the buffet breakfast. The cost was reasonable, and you received far more than you paid for. We'll stay there anytime we're in the area. And recommend it to others. On a scale of 1 - 10 the hotel was at least a 20! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant

Property room seemed old and like nobody cares about if it looks good. Not that much hot water available. The light over the sink was not working properly. There were holes in the holes and bumps in the carpet. Room was dark and in order to get some illumination you had to walk all the way to the end of the room.

I stayed 3 nights and asked for my room to be cleaned and no one cleaned my room. i asked for the trash to be taken out and no one took the trash out. I have to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. The room was nothing like shown on the pics . The pool was nasty and that was the reason i booked with them.
