The room had spots where the facility touched up but used the wrong paint in serval spaces which is clear to see not only in the room but also in the bathroom. The ceiling in the shower had mold from not being cleaned. The staff was pleasant but the room almost gave me an untrustworthy vibe. I stay at the Sonesta’s in LA and never had this problem but willing to give this place another try since the rates and location is reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. Sofa had a foul smell. We were under the impression based on our calls to the hotel that we could take our dogs out through the stairs in/out property. We later realized there was no access in from the stairs, making this more tedious. Phones did not work. Housekeeping didn't come to our room. Third floor looked very outdated and dirty. Our room had two lightbulbs that didn't work.

I found hair in the bathroom and on the bed of the first room (room 720) They gave me a new room (Room 210) which looked fine at first but later that night realized that stray hair was on the bathroom floor and in the bed. Long black hair which couldn’t have been mine bc I have short reddish brown hair. There was a red stain in the carpet in front of the sink. Don’t know if that is blood or make up but should have been removed. The thermastat in the room wasn’t working properly so we decided to turn the heat off and pray we didn’t wake up freezing. The staff seemed accommodating but clearing the cleaning crew is not doing their job.

We were given a key for our room, and when we opened it someone else was in it! When we went back to front desk, we told the man what happened, and he said oh, and gave us another room key . No apology at all. The room had a dirty sock and trash beside the chair. We were too tired from being at the hospital, and it was so late we just stayed. There was no way we were eating the breakfast after that. The floors were nasty as well, and the drain in the shower was clogged. We checked out as fast as we could, and will never use this place again.
