My only complaint was that my request for room service to have the room cleaned, towels refreshed and for additional toilet tissue seemed to have been ignored until I questioned it. Also, the bed and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable. Other than this, the stay was good. I need a moment to get my neck and back together though. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
