Rooms need renovation and there’s a lot of furniture for such a small room. The duvet wasn’t the best but for the price and location it was good.

The good: the rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. The room should have been more expensive than what they were asking for. The bad: the frontdesk guy did not have it together at all. He gave me a room keycard. I went to my room. It wouldn't open the doorlock. So, I went down back to the frontdesk to tell him that. He re-coded the keycard. I went back up to try it again. After a few more failed attempts...a guy comes out and says he's already in that room. I showed him my room number and he agreed they did assign me that number but he was already an occupant. Fortunately, the occupant of that room was kind enough to come back down to the front desk to straighten it out. Both of us were just shaking our heads in disbelief. Also, there were many reviews on Expedia (where I booked my room) that said parking was free with booking the room. That turned out to be false. It was $28/night. Not a great experience, except the room itself was nice.

The staff was accommodating and welcoming. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was close to the food, local stores, and the park foe the festival. We eeally enjoyed the cucumber water, very refreshing!

Would be nice to have all the towels in the room when we check in. We had to ask for more big towels and to not have another persons name on the tv when we arrived to our room. Also to get the phone in the rooms working I called twice to front desk and it never ranged

There was no free breakfast and the items that was for sale was too pricy and not woth the cost. The frig in my room did not work.

The air barely worked in my room. I also stated for the weekend and didn’t get my room cleaned the entire weekend. The staff was nice and they had good fresh water in the lobby and they had made to order breakfast.
