Spacious House & Property

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this property! We were able to spread out in this spacious home. There a few snafus in the beginning and the owner quickly responded and corrected them.

BAIT AND SWITCH

The property did not look as advertised on VRBO. The photos were touched up bc the property looks like it's still under construction. The smell of BUG spray hit you at the door. Stove range hood had exposed wires, paint wasn't completed on the walls, doors missing, toilet broke and bath counter broken. The owner Mo did refund our money bc we were not staying there one night.

Bathroom issues

The property was spacious but we did have issues with the basement bathroom and the hallway bathroom upstairs the entire trip. We did contact the property manager about the issue and he did send someone out but the problem was never fixed. A few minor things about the property I didn't like but overall it was ok

Spacious home with great location to everything within minutes

Property owner was very responsive within minutes, and communicated and accommodated us quickly due to an unforeseen issue which was greatly appreciated by my family. The Property is just as pictured spacious and comfortable in a quiet location close to everything my family and I will be definetly renting this property again!!! Great location, plenty of space, great for large families

We had a wonderful time visiting Atlanta. The home was in a great location, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. My sons enjoyed the ping pong table and arcade games while we were at the house. Mattresses slept great and there was plenty of room. Great house and great host who was very responsive to every question!

My family was in town for my daughter's graduation. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us. It was spacious and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and got back to me quickly. The welcome candy at the entrance was a good touch.

Great house, plenty of space, would stay again!

Seller was super easy to contact which is great. Also the house was roomy I liked the different levels and the renovations were nice with upgraded bathrooms and a really great kitchen. There's so many extras in the house, so many rentals I've been in are bare bones. I really appreciate all the nice amenities provided. My family had a really nice stay for the holidays. Thanks so much!!
