The hotel itself was clean and our room was spacious. The only problem was constant noise- some from other guests running, laughing, yelling. There was also a constant thudding noise from the floor above us all night last night. We didn’t sleep well because of it.

Stay was fine.

The stay was really nice. The only exception was that Hotels.com had $5.00 parking that you could select. I selected it. The hotel personnel said that parking would be $24.00 per night. I told them I selected parking for $5.00 per night. They said hotels.com is not supposed to be offering that. To me that would be a training opportunity. The front desk person should not be telling customers something like that. It is not something the customer has control over and it is not their concern. They eventually honored the parking fee. That should be strictly something between the hotel and hotels.com.
