When we got to the hotel we were greeted then left alone to unload the car and we’re not provided a cart for our luggage. So my wife and I had to drag all our belongings to the room. Employees were not very welcoming and made it seem like we were an inconvenience to them. Overall for the price, expected a little more convenience to be offered upon arrival and departure.

The valet parking situation was a mess. If you are checking out on a busy day (Sundays in particular, expect up to a half hour wait. Considering how much you pay for it (there is nothing complimentary at the Westin) it's a bit of a rip off. I could have walked to my destination and back in the time it took to get my vehicle.
