The hotel needs to be upgraded. Also, they are short staffed really bad. The restaurant in the lobby has one person working the bar and the sitting area in it. The rooms have thermostats that won't go any warmer than 77°. So, if you are cold-natured you won't feel comfortable. Room service ends at like 9p.m. and don't call to have anything fixed in your room, the maintenance guy will give tons of excuses so not to fix the problem. Also, they dont clean the rooms properly. Found an extra shoe in the closet from a previous guest. Smh!

The room and the common areas haven’t been maintained at all. Damaged baseboards, dirty walls, stains in the carpet, the tub looks unsanitary and hasn’t been resurfaced. The cost per day to park was insane considering how the the room looked
