There’s plenty to see and do in the scenic Atlantic county town on the South Jersey shore with many miles of coastline just minutes from Atlantic City, less than 1 hour from Philadelphia, and less than 2 hours from New York City.
This condo is in the heart of Brigantine. Everything you need is walking distance within a few blocks, including CVS, dining, ice cream, pastries, carry-out alcohol, and more. With just a short walk to the beach, there's no need to spend your morning looking for parking, you're already there!
Parking onsite. Each unit gets one designated parking spot, which is clearly marked. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs.
Very easy & convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site
Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside. • No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.

Lovely quaint condo/apt . The day of my stay was the night of the recent hurricane so we didn’t get to enjoy the large outdoor deck . But the next day was sunny and the location is perfect . Close to the beach and stores . Will def stay again

This place was extremely clean. It was comfortable, good location it had everything you needed. It felt like home and a host Charlie was one of the best host I’ve ever had any questions you had he responded quickly. He even makes sure that we arrive safely. I definitely will be staying there again.

right in town ,short distance to restaurants and stores
the little cottage feel was perfect for the two of us. Our daughter and son in law have a small cottage close by and with their family, we were fortunate to stay so close and still have our personal space.
