It's a condo cutie that sleeps 4 with bedroom 1 with a Queen bed and two Murphy beds in living area. It's minutes from the AC Boardwalk and Casinos. Everything you need for a fabulous getaway! Nearby take out restaurants are around the corner as are the pickleball courts and recreation area up the block. Cable TV in living room and bedroom and beach gear supplied.Enjoy!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please exit by 11am Enter after 3 pm.
Do not forget to leave 4 beach badges and 4 pool badges. There will be a $50 charge for missing badges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please make sure all beach towels are wrung out to prevent sand coming in the condo.
Please make sure Murphy beds are locked back.in place after use and under legs are pulled out properly before sleeping on them.
Do not allow pets on the furniture and that they are walked outside of the complex and picked up after. Dispose in the dumpsters.
