The hotel was horrendous! We refused to stay. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were filthy! There was chipped paint, failing wallpaper, and water stains on so many drop ceiling tiles. The furniture looked like it had been dropped out a third story window and dragged back inside. Have Expedia staff members LOOK at these properties. This place was the stuff of nightmares.

Unfortunately, horrible from start to finish. After check in we noticed the damp smell, giant sign that said pool and gym closed(main reasons for staying there). Once to our rooms one had a broken air conditioner, bathroom fan, and fridge. The other had broken hair dryer, giant hole in wall, and freezer defrosted. The Non smoking rooms stunk of weed smoke. Even if we could look past all this the rooms were just dirty and the behind had burn holes in them. When i asked the desk for a change they stayed they were at capacity. This hotel is giant and their want more than 30 cars there. No maintainence ever came, no accommodations ever made. Or last and only hope was the breakfast provided, but not as posted. We were explained just muffins and toast, no dairy, no meat, and no hot food. Or first morning after knowing we were screwed with no other properties with rooms i got to peer in the gym area as the"children" ran into their living quarters. The staff was living in the gym setup as an apartment. Not even that was the topper, i also discovered 5 people living in their vehicles scattered around the property amongst all the broken glass in the parking spots. This was by far the worst stay anywhere in states we have ever had. No apologies, no discount, no refund, just a horrible special trip for a loved one and family.

The staff is always courteous and professional. The room was clean but needs to be upgraded. There's a broken chair in there and the lightbulb needs to be changed.

Worst experience ever and I could cry. Booked for my parents and when they got there,receptionist was so so unprofessional.Gave them a very tough time. The first room they got had no heat. We kept calling them and they never answered.My mom had to go downstairs and it took them about 2 hours give them a different room..As I am typing this email,it’s 12:14am and my parents are freezing in the second room also..Been hours and they just came in to adjust the heat..The bathroom is the most disgusting thing I ever seen.The curtains are all ripped.I don’t understand why this people will check us in a room like this.curtains are all torn.I can’t believe what I saw. Not worth a penny

Cleanliness can be improved. The bathtub was outdated and stained. Dirt buildup in the corners of the room and found empty bottles under the bed. The towels were skimpy but the bed was comfortable and they provided the needed amenities. Otherwise we had a decent one night stay.

I stay there for one night and our water pressure was low The ice maker did not work. And the breakfast was absolutely horrible bread and cereal is not a balanced breakfast do better
