Staff seemed like they could care less about guests. Went down in the morning to ask for toilet paper and another box of tissues. Never received them had to call the front desk and ask again after about 4 hours the man who brought them finally seemed like it was a bother for him. Staff did not seem friendly at all! Mold on shower wall when you want to take a shower the tub would not turn off so you showered and the tub was running.

I reserved a stay through Expedia for this hotel.. my son died and neither Expedia or Boardwalk Resorts Atlantic would reimburse me. Heartless. We did not make the trip, which was a ONE NIgHT stay, and they did not the decency to do the right thing. Horrible people. Do not support either business

My stay at The Boardwalk Resorts Atlantic Palace

My stay at Resorts Atlantic Palace was poor because the bell service was almost nonexistent, no valet service. The shower head in the guest room was not working properly.The bathroom room floor needed attention. Needless to say this will be the last place on my list I will pick to stay next trip.
