The back of the property has a beautiful bay view. So relaxing to see the bay while we’re having breakfast which is very well prepared. The gentleman receptionist was so accommodating with much needs of ours. It has a lot of available parking spaces

Staff didn't seem to care. Breakfast area very small for a relatively large hotel with a poor selection and limited amounts of food at the complimentary breakfast. Didn't clean the room or exchange towels between our 2 days there. Window shade controls difficult and sunscreen on window ripped. Private beach was a 4 foot strip of weedy sand on a brackish lagoon.

Staff were friendly. Our shower had hair on the walls from the last occupant. One of the pillows had perhaps been sprayed with fragrance to make the room more inviting but it was overpowering. Breakfast was disappointing. Everything was overcooked and staff couldn’t keep the items filled resulting in lines of people waiting to eat.

The area of the hotel itself is nice , and you also have an absolutely beautiful view if your room is facing the ocean. The rooms were a bit dirty. Blinds were broken. I told the staff at the front , they were sold out so I couldn’t switch my room. When I told them about the blinds (my room is facing the expressway) they acted like they could care less The staff at the front desk wasn’t the nicest. Cleaning staff were polite and respectful. The private beach in the back is what saves this place. It is so peaceful! I travel often but this wasn’t worth the price.
