Newly renovated 3BR 2Bath ranch in a quiet cul-de-sac 1.5 blocks from the beach. This updated single-family home has room for 6 adults and 6 children with plenty of parking. A perfect family getaway located across the street from parks, ball fields, tennis courts, pickle ball and mini golf. walking distance to beach, fishing, crabbing, grocery, restaurants, ice cream and shopping.

Private back yard with fire pit provides a great space for outdoor activities. A screened in porch allows for a comfortable quiet space for morning coffee, or late-night card games with or without the kids. The great room provides plenty of open space for dining and watching TV together. The large dining table is perfect for family games, and seats 12 comfortably. A separate sitting room with pull out couch allows for comfort and privacy for relaxing after a full day of activities.

Plenty of restaurants, shopping and activities on the island, including Brigantine Links golf course, boat charters and fishing. It's only a $15 uber to Atlantic City for late night entertainment for the adults, or waterpark, rides and arcades for the kids! A short drive to IMAX theatre, outlets and storybook land!

This house is a perfect for a two family get together, as it provides enough common space for spending time together, and enough rooms for privacy. A great place for an annual get together!

Great location

The house was just as described online! It easily accommodated our group of teens and adults as well as our dogs. Communication with the hosts was easy and our one concern was addressed promptly. The beach was easily accessible and the area was walking friendly and close to shops, grocery store, and restaurants. One thing to note- you have to bring towels. We would definitely stay here again!
