A major disappointment.

No one at front desk to check me in. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to complete checkin. No coffee maker in room. Complementary breakfast doesn’t open till 8;00 & extremely poor choices. I was there two nights. No housekeeping during the time. One working elevator that creaked and groaned.

Lots of restaurants that are walkable. Rooms were very clean and the employees at the front desk were very friendly. I took off the star because the air conditioner wasn’t as strong as I wish it was and also please be careful in the bathtub as it is extremely slippery when showering. We had to put a towel down so we wouldn’t slip and fall.

Don't even think about staying here. Still having nightmares. This place shouldn't have been open while renovations were being completed. Doors didn't lock properly. Cops were on scene numerous times for overbooking issues. The pool. Let's just say it was a dirty hot mess as well. Every other floor of the small hotel (I use the term lightly) was out of order. There was water leaking from the ceiling straight to the office area. Just don't!!

Garbage hotel

Booked months ago and was told half way though my visit that I was asked to leave for renovations. Hotel was grimy and gross. Water in shower was brown.

When you first arrive property looks like it’s and abandoned area! My room had funky smell water leak and ceiling falling apart outside the room! Free breakfast was bagels and danish! Not worth paying for

We attempted to check in at 3:05 pm and there was barely one person handling check in. At nearly 3:45 pm we finally got to the counter and received our room key, went to our room and it smelled musky, the window was letting on wind and a terrible sound, there was no remote control for the tv anywhere! Called the front desk 3 times before I got an answer, was told he was alone and was checking people in that he couldn’t help until he completed checking in people. I immediately started inquiring about other hotels in the area and their availability. We left and found a much better hotel about 10 minutes away, I demand a refund and suggest your site take that hotel off your list of options for further bookings. Totally and completely unacceptable.

No frills

The entrance is hidden in the back and from the street the place looks abandoned. There were absolutely no frills: there was a dining area but no breakfast offered, no microwave or fridge in the room. Someone in the room next to me was vacuuming at both 10 pm and 8 am, and you could hear everything through the walls. The inside was dark and gloomy with wood paneling that made it look more like an office complex than a hotel. Neither the person who checked me in or out said more than the bare minimum to me; no info about which direction my room was. There was a “We Stand with Israel” sign prominently displayed, which I don’t think is appropriate for a business that should welcome guests from everywhere.

The hotel did not have any extra towels at all when we asked for more towels. We also found an empty bottle of jack in the room so not sure how much the clean the rooms. The beds were super hard and in the hallway on the first floor t looks like their are some cigarette burns.
