We loved it was close walking to the beach. The "motel" was old, and outdated for the price. The pictures made it look much better than it was. Thankfully, we were only there for 2 nights.

This was a nice, clean and friendly place to stay. Even though we only stayed for one night, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming.

The deluxe heated pool was not heated at all. When informed of this the staff was no help. https://www.theforumocnj.com/hotel-amenities No heated pool. It was the whole reason we booked there.

I LOVED my stay. The family suite was even better than the pictures. What a gem of a place. The staff (Kamur and Chuck especially) were kind and helpful. They both went out of their way for me. I can’t say enough about this place or the staff… i was so sad to leave!

Amazing! From check in to check out not a single complaint!!! Super friendly staff. Gave my little guy a welcome gift upon arrival. Older building BUT super clean, updated room. Lots of pillows (which never happens). Actual water pressure! First hotel stay that I actually walked barefoot in the room, that’s how spotless the rooms were. Offered a discount to extend our stay a day, wish we could have. Board walk was right up the street. Everything was within walking distance, we never needed to move the car the entire stay. Top Notch Place!
