Renovated Modern Farmhouse Near Woods and Beach

Meticulously renovated modern farmhouse on 4.5 acres. So much privacy yet close enough to so many amenities. Bordering 20 acres of woods, there is also the amazing 794 acre Hartshorne Woods across the street. It's also an 8 min drive to the beautiful shores of Sandy Hook Beach, pass included with stay. Commuting to and from the city is easy with the Seastreak Ferry stops both nearby. The huge backyard is perfect for playing soccer/football or just relaxing and watching the wildlife.
The space
The home has 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds. The primary bedroom on the first level has an en suite which includes an amazing freestanding tub looking out into the trees. The other bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom complete with a unique dual farmhouse sink. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a rock star six burner Viking stove.
Guest access
Owner lives in a separate structure on the property about 200ft from the main house. Guests have access to the main house, outdoor patio, and backyard. Owner will not be using those areas, so guests will have total privacy. Guests will not have access to the external entry basement or other sheds on the property.
