With stunning views of the Core Sound from the back deck or kitchen windows, you will see shrimp boats and local fishermen heading in and out to the sound from the nearby commercial harbor. The house has a renovated bathroom, 2 small bedrooms, and kitchen, dining and living areas. Air conditioning throughout the house.
A dock is perfect for a skiff or any other small craft that can handle the shallow waters (2 to 3 feet) of Core Sound. The dock from which to fish also has a covered roof with a swing to read or to simply relax in the coastal breeze.
