The staff was friendly. Bathroom and beds were clean. Awkward entrance and exit from hotel onto College Street, especially if you are going back towards Auburn. Fridge inside of room was not clean and there was food in the vents of the air unit. That was disappointing.

The hotel was very clean as was my room. It's no nonsense, nothing frilly, just a nice, clean hotel! I was greeted and checked in quickly. There is a small gym and snack station near the lobby. The hotel is right off the highway but still close to lots of shopping. We will be returning to this hotel in a few weeks and I'm glad I stayed over now to see what a good hotel it is.

I would like more healthy fresh options such as fresh cooked eggs and some bacon/sausage. The fresh fruit selection was great! The front desk person who checked us in and again out the next morning was wonderful! I wish I had gotten her name. Very pleasant and personable. Kind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and pleasant.

Everything about this place was like a breathe of fresh air. From the friendly staff to the immaculately clean rooms, I couldn’t have asked for more. And then they gave me more. The breakfast is superb with options literally anyone could love. They have coffe that is ground and brewed on the spot. I know that I will stay at as many Avid properties as I can find. If there’s not one available, I might just stay home.
