The perfect game day location! This beautifully renovated unit has a huge deck with brand new furniture and grill, open layout, plenty of parking, and is walking distance to EVERYTHING Auburn has to offer! The upstairs offers two newly furnished bedrooms and another gorgeous brand-new bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. This unit is pet friendly with a non-refundable deposit.

Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry!

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Love that they had a filtered water dispenser from the refrigerator. Easy walking distance for my family to get to downtown and nearby playground. Really enjoyed our stay! The front porch was so nice for morning coffee/tea. The train horn is very loud several times each day/night but I’m thankful they have sound machines in each room. Bring your ear plugs and you will be fine! Worth it for the extra space, amenities, relatively peace and quiet neighborhood.

Auburn Basketball Weekend

Amanda's condo was recently renovated, very tasteful finishes and furniture. Very clean and well stocked. We were there for the AU/Tenn basketball game and the condo was a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Communication with wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Great place for a weekend football getaway

Great Location

This was a short walk to everything and very, very clean. The porch was great to have. Renters should be aware that the extra day bed is actually in the family room, not in the bedroom upstairs as the listing describes and there are train tracks behind the complex. Sound machines are provided, but some of our group woke up 3-4 times a night. We recommend you bring earplugs.

The location is perfect! The inside was clean with enough space for 6 of us. I recommend having at least one full length mirror somewhere, fix some minor holes in the walls, and clean air filters
