It was actually really nice.

It was actually pretty nice. The bed was comfortable. It was clean the morning. Breakfast was good. I have no complaints. Stay there to attend the Auburn football game. Customer service was excellent. We would stay again.

Breakfast disappoints

A section of the hotel was being remodeled which didn't affect my stay. Breakfast was a disappointment. Juice machine was out of service and only small bottles of Sunny D were available the 1st day. Only hot food was make your own waffles. Day 2 and 3 there was no juice at all, no yogurts, fresh fruit choice was only apples. The parking lot was full every evening so why not have full breakfast.

Under renovation, hallway to room was getting painted, only 1 elevator, slow and flooring was broken and coming up (hazardous), front desk check in was very slow as we walked in and only 1 person who was on the phone for 10 minutes while we waited. Front desk person also had to do breakfast, need to hire someone else to help with service. Our room was clean and bed comfortable but otherwise stark, no mirror in room, no place for clothing, no toilet paper or towel bars in bathroom. Maybe when renovation done it will be better, but service needs improvement.

Very happy

The hotel is currently under some renovations. Even w that going on, everything was extremely clean and smelled good. Our bed was not firm like most hotels and it was great!
