When we checked in to our room, we had an issue with the bathroom sink not draining properly. Teresa went above and beyond to solve the issue but was not successful. She immediately found us another room comparable to the one we had. Teresa is very professional and courteous to her guests. If ever in the Auburn area, I highly recommend staying at this property. Teresa treats her guest like family and is very charming with the southern hospitality. My next stay in Auburn will surely be there.
